All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of TachyonHQ, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, custom meals, notes). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it as necessary to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TachyonHQ, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Larimer County, Colorado.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
